Yes, photography is encouraged at Edge NYC and we love seeing your shots. Remember to tag #EdgeNYC on social media. Hand-held cameras and smartphones are welcome throughout. Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, and lights are not permitted. Selfie sticks are allowed indoors only. Edge NYC offers a few options for flexibility with your booking:
- Cancellation Protection: add at checkout to cancel for a full refund
- Flex Admission: change your date and time up to 2 hours before your visit
- Standard tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation Protection and flexible upgrades must be selected at the time of purchase.
If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you may cancel your reservation through our Manage My Booking tool according to the protection terms.

No weapons of any kind, including costume accessories, will be permitted beyond the security checkpoint. Bottled water is allowed in a closed container. Any outside food will be confiscated.

Normal-size backpacks and bags are permitted at Edge. Large bags and luggage are not permitted and we do not have lockers or storage capabilities for your personal items. For security purposes, Hudson Yards reserves the right to inspect any bags. You consent to such an inspection by visiting Edge.
