• I want to visit at sunset. When should I book?

  Sunset times change throughout the year. Depending on when you want to visit, you may want to do some research too. We’d suggest booking at least an hour before sunset to make sure you are up in time to witness it. Please note that sunset times are very popular, so early booking is advised.

• What if I lose or can’t print my tickets?

  Please refer to your original confirmation email as you can access your tickets here at any time by selecting ‘View Tickets.’

• What if I miss the entry time on my ticket?

  If you miss your entry time, please speak with an Edge Experience Guide at Edge NYC as soon as you arrive — they may be able to accommodate you during the next available entry time, subject to availability. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your entry time to avoid missing your slot. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Where is Edge NYC located?

  Edge NYC is located at 30 Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Once you enter The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, take the escalators or elevator to Level 4, where you’ll find the Edge entrance and Guest Services Counter.

• Are food and drinks available at Edge?

  Yes, Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality is located on Level 100 at Edge NYC, offering cocktails, champagne, snacks, and a full food and beverage menu. Outside food and drink is not permitted during your visit, though sealed water in clear plastic bottles is allowed. Glass bottles are not permitted on the sky deck.

• What time does Vessel open?

  Vessel is open from 11 AM until 7PM.
