All dates are subject to availability and hours of operation are subject to change.
Packages must be booked at least three weeks in advance of the desired date. We are unable to hold or reserve a specific date and all packages must be paid at the time of booking.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate private proposals at any other time of day. Private Access is only available for 30 minutes beginning at the time we close to the public daily.
Guests with private access tickets (and their entire party) are responsible for staying outside on the observation deck when the Edge Ambassador team starts to clear general admission ticket holders upon closing.
Each private access Edge proposal package includes Premium Admission for 4 guests with the option to add-on up to 2 tickets (for an additional cost) for a total of up to 6 guests. At this time, we are unable to accommodate any more than 6 guests for a private proposal and we are unable to make any substitutions or customizations to this policy.
Guests will receive an email with a receipt detailing the package total after submitting payment. The tickets will be attached in a PDF and are non-descript and will not specify the nature of the visit. We recommend that you print your tickets in advance to avoid any risk of giving away the private access by revealing the receipt or payment details.
Guests who would like to propose without a private access package or special additions are encouraged to do so during general admission public hours and can purchase their tickets any time at www.edgenyc.com.
All photography is welcomed and encouraged for private use only. The use of professional photographic equipment and recording devices (such as video cameras, drones, tripods, lights) is not permitted.
Handheld signs and small bouquets of flowers are permitted; large signs or any item or decoration that takes up any space on the deck, requires any assembly or a power source are not permitted at any time.
Jewelry (including engagement rings) will be cleared through security without issue.
If your tickets are unused due to inclement weather, we are able to exchange them for a future date (subject to availability) before your originally scheduled visit. Guests are also welcome to use indoor space to propose in the event of inclement weather.
We have implemented a number of new enhanced measures in accordance with guidance issued by federal, state and local authorities to ensure the well-being of all who visit Edge. This includes reduced capacities, social distancing and required face-coverings for the duration of your visit. Learn more about all the safety protocols that we have implemented to keep our guests safe here.
Guest may remove their face-covering during their private time outside on the deck but must wear them at all other times, including all times indoors and while other guests or staff are present.
