Guests must be made aware that hours of operation are subject to change and that details and timing can be confirmed one week in advance only (until regular hours resume).
Guest must be aware that they (and their entire party) are responsible to stay outside on the sky deck when the Operations team starts to clear the deck.
For Private visits, you receive 4 admissions as part of your package and you may add-on up to 2 additional tickets for an extra charge, for a total of 6.
Please note that you will receive an email with your receipt and that will have the package total included. The tickets will be attached in a PDF and are non-descript for the special access. We recommend that you print your tickets in advance to avoid any risk of giving away the private access.
For Public visits (until a package is made available), guests can purchase regular general admission and have no special additions.
Standard photography policies remain in place for proposals – all photography is welcome and permitted for private use only and the use of professional photographic equipment and recording devices (such as video cameras, drones, tripods, lights) are not permitted.
Handheld signs and small bouquets of flowers are permitted; but large signs or any item or decoration that takes up any space on the deck or requires any assembly.
Jewelry (including engagement rings) will be cleared through security without issue.
Weather policy is the same as regular visits. If they have not used their tickets, we can exchange them for an available date before their visit. Guests are welcome to use indoors to also propose in the event of inclement weather.
Guest may remove their masks during their private time outside on the deck, but must wear them all other times, including all times indoors and while other guests or staff are present.
