The following terms apply to all Edge promotional offers, discounts, and codes unless a specific offer states otherwise. See the individual offer page for details specific to that promotion.

Eligibility and redemption

• Offers are limited-time and subject to availability; Edge may modify, discontinue, or cancel any offer without notice.
• Valid ID or proof of eligibility (student, military, Tri-State residency, etc.) may be required at the Edge Guest Services Counter for in-person offers.
• Online codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase or to previously purchased tickets.

Combinability and exclusions

• Discounts apply to the base ticket price only and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional code unless explicitly stated.
• Offers exclude sunset time slots, holiday dates, special event tickets, and group, package, or private-event tickets unless the offer says otherwise.
• Ticket-per-order maximums vary by offer; see the individual offer page for the applicable limit.

General

• All discounted tickets remain subject to the Edge Terms & Conditions and Release and Waiver of Liability. Tickets purchased through the website are non-refundable for any reason; exchanges and date changes are not available except under the Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee, which applies only to eligible ticket types and only before the ticket is scanned or activated.
• Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not valid for resale unless stated otherwise.
• Information submitted to redeem an offer (e.g. billing zip code, email address) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Use of this website to browse or redeem offers is subject to our Terms of Use.
• Hudson Yards Experiences reserves the right to end or change any promotion at any time.
• Tickets purchased through a third-party reseller or marketplace (e.g. Groupon, OTAs) are also subject to that reseller’s own terms in addition to these terms.
