Edge Grand Opening Week Giveaway
Official Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
Edge (the “Venue”) is pleased to offer a special grand opening week giveaway (the “Promotion”) to celebrate the launch of our new immersive experiences. During Grand Opening Week, every 300th ticketed guest to enter the Venue will receive a complimentary special gift, courtesy of our partners (“Giveaway Item”).
The Promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By entering the Venue during Grand Opening Week, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs exclusively from June 11 – June 14, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion begins when the Venue opens on June 11 and concludes at closing time on June 14. Edge reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion Period at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a Giveaway Item, a guest must:
- Hold a valid same-day ticket to Edge, purchased through an authorized ticketing channel
- Present that ticket upon entry to Venue staff for scanning and verification
- Be physically present at the Venue at the time of entry
- Be the confirmed 300th (or applicable multiple thereof) guest as tracked by Venue staff
Tickets are deemed invalid if they have already been scanned on entry. Only one Giveaway Item may be received per valid ticket per eligible entry.
4. Guest Counting & Selection
Eligible guests will be identified by Edge staff using an official manual or electronic guest counter maintained at the point of entry. The count will reset to zero at the start of each day of the Promotion Period. The 300th guest, and every 300th guest thereafter on the same day (i.e., guest #300, #600, #900, not to exceed #1,500), will be designated as a winner.
Edge’s determination of eligible guest count is final. No guest may request or claim prize eligibility based on their own count or estimate. In the event of a dispute, the tally maintained by Edge staff shall be conclusive.
5. Giveaway Items
Giveaway Items are provided courtesy of Edge’s partners and are subject to availability. Specific items may vary by day or time during the Promotion Period. Giveaway Items are distributed while supplies last and are not guaranteed.
Giveaway Items:
- Have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit
- Are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after distribution
Edge reserves the right to substitute a Giveaway Item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
6. Distribution
Giveaway Items will be distributed to eligible guests upon their arrival at the 100th or 101st floor at the time they are identified as a winner. Guests must accept their item upon identification at such time. Edge staff will not hold, reserve, or deliver items after a guest has cleared the entry area.
KRE HYOD Owner LLC, as owner of Edge, is not responsible for items after they have been distributed to the eligible guest.
7. Limitation of Liability
KRE HYOD Owner LLC and its affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any guest in connection with this Promotion or any Giveaway Item. KRE HYOD Owner LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any Giveaway Item.
8. Modifications & Cancellation
KRE HYOD Owner LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to supply shortages, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated via Edge’s official channels where practicable.
9. General Conditions
By entering Edge during the Promotion Period, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept Edge’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Edge’s standard ticketing terms and conditions continue to apply in full.
