FAQs

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, certain items cannot be brought to Edge. Personal bags, small backpacks, and strollers are permitted, but large luggage, suitcases, oversize bags, bikes, scooters, skateboards, food, and outside beverages are not allowed.

    All guests must pass through a security screening upon arrival. For any additional questions about what you can bring, please visit our contact us page.

  • Most benefits can be redeemed by logging into your membership portal online when booking tickets or upgrades. 

    On-site discounts (retail, food & beverage, and photos) can be redeemed by showing your digital Annual Pass during your visit. 

    For special access to select events, keep an eye on your email and we will reach out with opportunities throughout the year! 

  • To access your membership: 

    1. Visit the Get Tickets page on the Edge Website
    2. Click “Buy Now” on any ticket to open the checkout window 
    3. Scroll to the bottom left of checkout window and select “Member Login” 
    4. You can log in using your email or phone number (with a verification code), or by entering your membership reference number and last name 
    5. Once logged in, you’ll see your membership details and an option to book upgrades and guest passes

  • No, there are no blackout dates. Your Annual Pass allows flexible entry any day during regular operating hours.
