Every Edge NYC ticket includes the full indoor immersive experience, 360-degree views from the indoor deck on Level 100, and access to the outdoor sky deck, the glass floor, angled glass walls, skyline seats, and eastern point. Food and drinks are available for purchase at Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.

A full visit to Edge NYC typically takes 60–90 minutes. Your journey begins on Level 4 with the indoor immersive experience, which takes around 30–60 minutes depending on how much you explore. A 52-second elevator ride then takes you to Level 100, where you can spend as long as you like exploring the outdoor sky deck, glass floor, Skyline Seats, and Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.
