  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, certain items cannot be brought to Edge. Personal bags, small backpacks, and strollers are permitted, but large luggage, suitcases, oversize bags, bikes, scooters, skateboards, food, and outside beverages are not allowed.

  • We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, but printed tickets will also be accepted. You can access your mobile tickets from your confirmation email by clicking on ‘View Tickets’ at any time.

  • If bad weather or visibility affects the day of your visit, we offer a Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee that provides you with 2 options:

    Option 1 – Visit Edge Today: Visit Edge today and enjoy 20% off at the Edge bar. A voucher will be handed to you by our Guest Services team on the day of your visit. Terms and Conditions apply. Offer can only be redeemed on the date displayed on the voucher, only valid for one (1) transaction.
