Vessel Run at Hudson Yards is a high-intensity interval training class powered by Equinox’s Precision Run®, bringing cardio and strength to the iconic staircases of Vessel. This summer, take your fitness routine to new heights with a dynamic, sweat-inducing experience set inside one of NYC’s most recognizable landmarks.
What to Expect
Each class is a 45-minute guided session led by expert Equinox trainers, combining stair climbing with bodyweight conditioning designed to challenge your endurance and energize your morning. The experience includes:
- A 45-minute Precision Run® interval training workout
- Bodyweight exercises and stair-climbing intervals
- Pre- or post-class access to explore and photograph Vessel
- Resistance bands provided (bring your own water and towel)
When & Where
Vessel Run is held every Thursday through September, with classes beginning at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Entry is via Hudson Yards Public Square, directly at the base of Vessel.
How to Book
Tickets start at $55. Classes are limited and released monthly, so we recommend booking in advance. New tickets drop on the last Friday of each month.
