  • We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, but printed tickets will also be accepted. You can access your mobile tickets from your confirmation email by clicking on ‘View Tickets’ at any time.

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, certain items cannot be brought to Edge. Personal bags, small backpacks, and strollers are permitted, but large luggage, suitcases, oversize bags, bikes, scooters, skateboards, food, and outside beverages are not allowed.

  • While our ticket policies state that all ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded, if bad weather or visibility affects the day of your visit, our Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee provides you with 2 options:
