• How can I get the best price on tickets for Edge?

  Make sure to plan ahead and book in advance on our website to get the best price. You can check out our Promotions & Offers page to find the best deals and save!

• Do I need to print my ticket if I reserved through the website?

  We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, but printed tickets will also be accepted. You can access your mobile tickets from your confirmation email by clicking on ‘View Tickets’ at any time.

• What can I bring to Edge?

  To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, certain items cannot be brought to Edge. Personal bags, small backpacks, and strollers are permitted, but large luggage, suitcases, oversize bags, bikes, scooters, skateboards, food, and outside beverages are not allowed.

• Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

  While our ticket policies state that all ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded, if bad weather or visibility affects the day of your visit, our Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee provides you with 2 options:

  Option 1 – Visit Edge Today: Visit Edge today and enjoy 20% off at the Edge bar.

  Option 2 – Visit Edge Later: Rebook your ticket for a new date.

  If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you may cancel your reservation through our Manage My Booking tool according to the protection terms. Cancellation Protection must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added after your ticket has been purchased.
