Education

Take your classroom to new heights with a field trip to Edge NYC — where learning meets adventure above the skyline. Groups of 15 or more enjoy special rates, with complimentary tickets for chaperones and access to Reach for the Sky, our free educational program developed in partnership with Discovery Education. Student pricing is available on all public visit times, with no time limits during your visit. NYC Public Schools can take advantage of free admission every Tuesday morning, and SYTA members receive exclusive group discounts. Inspire your students with an unforgettable experience they’ll be talking about all year long.

  • Happy Hour

    Indoor and Outdoor options available. Semi-Private spaces set against the NYC skyline. Indoor space accommodates 25-45. Outdoor space accommoates 35-70. Open Bar (beer and wine) and light snacks with additional add-ons available including full-open-bar and enhanced food selections.

  • Sunrise Breakfast

    Private continental breakfast. Exclusive Edge access 1 hour before opening. 50-65 guests. Upgrade options available including bottomless mimosas. Price starts at $135 per person.

  • Private Yoga

    45 minute yoga class with certified instructor. Yoga mat provided. Exclusive Edge access. Takes places on the outdoor skydeck weather permitting.

  • Private City Climb

    90 minute Climb. Cimbs depart every 15 minutes for 12 people at a time. Includes exclusive Go-Pro video.

    45 minute exclusive Edge access pre-opening. Proposal can take place on the outdoor skydeck.

    Group rates are available for groups of 15+. Student rates available for students and chaperones and complementary tickets provided. Available all on-sale dates/times. No limit to length-of-visit. Free NYC Public School tickets available every Tuesday morning. Exclusive discounts for SYTA members.

  • Virtual Field Trips

    Reach for the Sky: In collaboration with Discovery Education. Students explore concepts on community building, architecture, engineering, and innovation. Complemented by educational tools for grades 4-12 including educator guide and family activity. Explore key background information and engage students in a fun pre-visit activity that will take your in-person experience to another level.

Set against the stunning NYC skyline, events at Edge are an easy-to-book unforgettable experience. Options are available for indoor and outdoor spaces offering the best skyline views in the city. Groups enjoy semi-private spaces dedicated to their event with full access to the iconic outdoor skydeck. Perfect for gatherines and team events, events at Edge are a relaxed and fun experience in a unique environment. Options include Happy Hour, Proposals, Yoga, and more.

Group bookings are available for groups of 15 or more. We offer general admission, flex pass, and priority access tickets. Add-on any event package to your group to take your visit to new heights. Student groups are welcome and we offer exclusive discounts and offers to these groups. We also offer a complementary education program, Reach for the Sky, in collaboration with Discovery Education.

FAQ

Your Questions Answered

  • Our events are specially designed to be easy-to-book and keep your planning to a minimum. Events are turn key and we provide all the things you’ll need in order to have a great time! Unfortunately we do not allow company branding or signage.

  • Additional tickets may be purchased to bring your own photographer. Please note that photography is permitted for private use only, and only hand-held photography is allowed. Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, lights, and other such equipment are not permitted. Selfie sticks are only permitted indoors, restrictions apply on the outdoor sky deck.

  • For easy access to Edge, groups are encouraged to arrive together when possible. Otherwise, a represenative from your group may wait at the entrance to provide guests with wristbands for entry.

  • City Climb is an incredible once in a lifetime experience, but might not be suitable for everyone. If some people would like to participate in City Climb during your event that is allowed. Please note each Climb takes about 90 minutes to complete and all Climbers must have a blood alcohol reading below 0.080 in order to participate.

Sky-High Dining

Peak with Priceless is a stunning restaurant, bar and event space located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, the development’s tallest building. The spectacular setting creates one-of-a-kind standing receptions, seated dinners and relaxed gatherings but also film premiere parties, press conferences and performances. Guests will never forget the incredible New York City backdrop.
