KRE HYOD Owner LLC (d/b/a/ Hudson Yards Experiences) and/or one of its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, or joint ventures (“HYE,” “Company” or “we,” “our” or “us”) is a market leader in live immersive experiences and operations. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is supported through our actions, decisions, and initiatives and is the backdrop which informs our accessibility goals. We will make every reasonable effort to conform all our physical and digital properties to comply with applicable accessibility laws.  In particular, we hold our digital properties to the standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A & AA.

We have partnered with an industry leader to manage our digital accessibility program. Our program evaluates and audits our digital communications on an ongoing basis and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to ensure our digital content meets required accessibility standards and goes beyond minimum compliance.

While we are working to continually improve the usability of our physical and digital properties for people of all abilities, there are some areas of our websites that are not in our direct control and are supported by third parties.
